Our current staff has over 45 years of forest management experience, with each one of us being committed to providing landowners with a quality forest management service at competitive prices.

Neill Timberland Management, Inc & Southern Oaks Realty, LLC is in its 31st year providing forestry consulting services to private, non-industrial landowners in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. We offer a complete forest management service to our clients including timber marking and sales, forestry investment analysis, timber cruising, timber appraisals and stand evaluation, long-term management planning, GIS evaluation of properties, wetlands delineation, and boundary establishment and maintenance.

We have assisted numerous clients with evaluations of timberland properties both for acquisition and liquidations. This has allowed us to develop an extensive knowledge not only of current markets for timberland properties, but also buyers of various types of timberland properties in our area.

President - Southern Oaks Realty, LLC Registered Forester, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser/Arkansas & Louisiana, Real Estate Sales Broker/Arkansas/ Southern Oaks Realty, LLC Jeff Neill graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry in 1981, and from Virginia Tech Polytechnic Institute and University with a Master of Science Degree in Forest Economics in 1984.
He established Jeff Neill Timberland Management, Inc. in April 1994, and their current landowner base exceeds 60,000 acres. Affiliations include: Arkansas Forestry Association, Association of Consulting Foresters, Forest Farmers Association, and Past Board Member - State Board of Registration for Foresters, Arkansas Board of Realtors. Jeff is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser Licensed in Arkansas and Louisiana, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arkansas (Southern Oaks Realty, LLC) |

Brad has been with Neill Timberland Management, Inc. for nine years and currently supervises the field operations for the firm. This includes timber marking, timber inventories, tree planting, and GIS applications.
