Phillip Wright and Darrell BurtonOne of the principal services that we provide to our clients is advice on the timing and method of marketing products from their timberlands.  After analyzing the products on your property, our staff will advise each client based on their goals for their property and their income requirements.  Once these are established, a plan is developed to accomplish the stated objectives.  The items to consider for each sale would be as follows:Danny Allen mearsuring trees 

  • Selectively marking or final harvests.

  • Timing of the sale to maximize product value.

  • Method of sale, e.g., bulk sales or per-unit.

   Once the type of sale is established, the Neill Timberland Management staff will complete all aspects of the transaction from volume estimation through the on-site inspection and supervision of the harvest process.
