As with any
asset, long-term management planning is important to maximizing
returns from a timberland portfolio.
At Neill Timberland Management, Inc., our professionals
will assist every client with designing and implementing a
timberland management plan that will accomplish their individual
goals and objectives.
Developing this plan would involve the following:
1)
Initial visit with each client to determine their goals and
objectives.
2)
Inventory of all products on each property.
3)
Written management plan describing each property, schedule thinnings,
and schedule improvements such as aerial herbicide applications,
planting, prescribed burning, etc.
4)
Implementation of all recommended thinnings and improvements.
