Jeffrey A. Neill, R.F., C.G.

Jeff Neill graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry in 1981, and from Virginia Tech Polytechnic Institute and University with a Master of Science Degree in Forest Economics in 1984.  He established Jeff Neill Timberland Management, Inc. in April 1994, and their current landowner base exceeds 60,000 acres.  Affiliations include: Arkansas Forestry Association, Association of Consulting Foresters, Forest Farmers Association,  and Past Board Member - State Board of Registration for Foresters, Louisiana Forestry Association, Mississippi Forestry Association

Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in May 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry. He had forest management experience before joining Jeff Neill Timberland Management, Inc. in October 2004. Since then he has assisted in managing privately owned timberlands by conducting timber inventories, marking timber for harvest, and aiding in the site-preparation and reforestation process. He has also worked to secure industrial service contracts, such as harvest inventories, stand delineations and seedling survival inventories. He is a registered forester in Arkansas and a member of the Arkansas Forestry Association and Louisiana Forestry Association.

Phillip Wright

 Phillip Wright graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry in 2005. Since graduating, Phillip has been employed with Jeff Neill Timberland Management, Inc., and has been actively involved in timberland appraisals, marketing, and GIS applications. Affiliations include Arkansas Registered Foresters, Society of American Foresters, and Louisiana Forestry Association.
